Between me trying to win a couple games of StarCraft 2 this weekend, I’ve been working my way through 3D Dot Game Heroes on the PlayStation 3.  Since I don’t have my review of the game finished yet, I definitely wanted to post my thoughts of the game.

If you loved the classic Zelda games on NES and SNES, I’m pretty confident when say you should like the game.  It’s your classic Zelda game play, with a new story and a really cool looking graphical style.  In fact, if anyone at Atlus is reading this, I would highly recommend making a bunch of games based on this “3D Dot” graphic system.  I’d love to see what they could do with an RPG type game like the classic Final Fantasy games.

Plus, the game is only $39.99!  That’s a steal, in my opinion.  I should have my review up later this week, but for now, 3D Dot Game Heroes is a solid purchase and I recommend it.
