Dear Sony, I have one wish....

....for you to get your heads out of your asses!  What the hell is wrong with you people?  I just finished watching the GamesCom presentation and talk about a let down.  First off...nice job keeping the PS3 Slim under wraps...is it really that hard to prevent leaked photos of your unannounced PlayStation 3 revamp?  Then between like every retailer posting "pre-order" details for the PS3 Slim in the previous weeks...not a shocker that it was coming.

Honestly, I don't care about the PS3 Slim.  I have a fully functioning PS3 that I use.  What I do care about is the fact that I have about 20 PS2 titles sitting on a shelf in my house that I can't play because you won't implement PS2 backwards compatibility.  Is it really that hard?  I'm going to tell you something...and some readers might think I'm crazy...but I will PAY for it!!!  Yes, Sony, I will actually pay you money to let me download something on PS3 that will allow me to play my PlayStation 2 titles without buying another PS2 and cluttering up my living room.  I know...it's shocking!!!  I might even pay the cost of a PS2 (as stupid as that may be) just to be able to do all this.  I know I can't be alone in this thinking.

And let's be honest here...you know you want it also.  It's the only way you can allow the download of PS2 games, like you do for PS games.  So let's get it done.  Stop messing around...let people know you are working on it and give them a timeframe.
