After installing the game with no problems on my retail copy, I fired up the game and began playing. The game opens with Jim Raynor in a bar called Joey Rays on the colony of Mar Sara, which he defended against Zerg invasion in the original StarCraft. He then drunkenly shoots a TV displaying Acturus Mengsk after he calls Raynor a “unscrupulous lawless revolutionary.” And that’s exactly what the first mission feels like. In the best way possible, the mission speaks to the little Lenin in all of us, as you lead an angry mob tactically equipped with Molotov cocktails and a handful of Raynor’s Raiders through a Dominion mining camp, blowing of holo-statues of Mengsk, showing of “Megnsk Lies” graffiti, and saving innocent civilian lives. Although only a four minute mission, it seems like a great prelude of what’s to come!

World-Gaming Network is a gaming website for gamers by gamers. With a no nonsense approach to news, reviews and previews, from people who will tell you like it is, as your friend. There are many sites that will give you news/reviews/previews but none that will give them to you like one of your friends. Founded over 9 years ago by two gamers that were born with a controller in their hand, we have come to realize that there are no gaming websites that take this approach. We give you the World-Gaming Network, your friend in the business.
