iPhone 3.0.1 Out to Fix SMS Hack

Recently a few haXX0rs were going to release information at the annual Black Hat Conference on how, using SMS, someone could take over an iPhone.  It was reported that someone could send a specific SMS message to an iPhone then, using special software, that someone could effectively take over your iPhone and have access to pretty much anything on the iPhone like camera, messages, contact lists, etc.  They could then even then take over more iPhones using the iPhones already taken over.  Up until last night there was no official fix other than to shut off your phone immediately if you received the little square via SMS from anyone.  Apple has released 3.0.1 as a security update that fixes this flaw.  You can obtain the update via usual methods (iTunes) and for those of you who have gone and jailbroke their phones, don't worry, 3.0.1 can be jailbreaked already.
