Although the no-disc option for PS3 Netflix won’t be out until October, PlayStation Network has updated its Netflix application with the ability to search for and watch videos from the entire Instant library.
For example, I could search ‘F’ for Funny People or ‘B’ for Batman Begins. This makes the entire library more accessible, especially to people unfamiliar with the application. Unfortunately for XBOX Live users, this update will not be released until November. Even though PlayStation 3 users still need to get discs from Netflix, at least they can search for instant movies.
