Infamous 2 beta extended, special thanks to PSN being down

While some of you have been unable to enjoy games or services that you have purchased while the PlayStation Network has been down some gamers and developers have also been impacted like the Infamous 2 beta. The developer Sucker Punch announced via twitter that they will be extending the beta an unspecified length of time once the PlayStation Network is back online.

We've decided to extend the beta. Once PSN is back up we'll determine by how long, but rest assured: your outcry has been heard.

Thankfully some good can come out of the downtime associated with the network being down. As soon as we hear how long the beta will be extended we will let you know.
