SNK Playmore is celebrating the 20 year anniversary of the NEOGEO by bringing a service called the NEOGEO Station to PSN. Starting the 21st of December, updated versions of classic NEOGEO games are going to be digitally retailing for $8.99 for PS3 versions of games and $6.99 for PSP versions. Most of the games have been changed to include some sort of online multiplayer experience, whether that be through versus or co-op play.

The NEOGEO Station is kicking off with 10 titles, for now you can expect to see:

* FATAL FURY (PSP 12/21)

* ALPHA MISSION II

* THE KING OF FIGHTERS '94

* SAMURAI SHODOWN

* BASEBALL STARS PROFESSIONAL

* MAGICIAN LORD

* METAL SLUG (PSP 12/21)

* LEAGUE BOWLING

* SUPER SIDEKICKS

* ART OF FIGHTING

Although it says that only two of those titles are for the PSP, in actuality all ten titles will be available for the PSP in January. And, of course, more NEOGEO games will be on the way as the months go on. Looking forward to it?

World-Gaming Network is a gaming website for gamers by gamers. With a no nonsense approach to news, reviews and previews, from people who will tell you like it is, as your friend. There are many sites that will give you news/reviews/previews but none that will give them to you like one of your friends. Founded over 9 years ago by two gamers that were born with a controller in their hand, we have come to realize that there are no gaming websites that take this approach. We give you the World-Gaming Network, your friend in the business.
