Not 100% gaming related, but I know a lot of our readers are using Netflix to stream movies to their Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii...figured you might want to know that Netflix is planning on increasing their subscription fees.
The various plans will have different price increases with the 1 DVD out at time plan going up $1 to $9.99. Probably the most interesting announcement is that Netflix will be offering a streaming only package for $7.99/month. This might make me take the plunge into Netflix, since I really don't watch DVDs, but wouldn't mind streaming online to my consoles.
The price changes will take effect immediately for new subscribers and in January for current subscribers.
