Digital Reality, with experience dating back to 1991 in the developement of games for the Amiga and PC, and Grasshoper Manufacture Inc. founded by revered CEO and developer Giochi Sude announced a co-development partnership which will produced a range of games for PSN and XBLA.
The companies are aiming to bring new and innovative titles to the online gaming market. The first title being planned, called "Sine Mora", mixes traditional side-scrolling gameplay with a unique time-manipulation element.
“We think we can strongly benefit from having an ally such as Digital Reality in the digital publishing realm, who can provide long term online publishing services to its partners, and to gamers.” said Suda 51, CEO of Grasshopper Manufacture, Inc. Andras Peller, CEO of Digital Reality agreed;“The partnership with GhM is an important step for Digital Reality. This collaboration with a Japanese top-tier developer pursues the development of our publishing line-up, whilst offering creative freedom to developers who want to make high value titles for online distribution.”

At Gamescom today, they announced the co-development of Sine Mora. The game will take advantage of the latest in 3D display technology to produce this side-scrolling shooter, and will incorporate time manipulation, the details of which are not yet clear. There is no details on a release date, but expect further information about this title and others from this partnership in the months to come.
